The Taizhou Municipal Government is located at No. 233 South of Baiyunshan Road, Jiaojiang District. The pedestrian crosswalk area of this section has a large traffic flow and lacks the control of traffic lights. There is a serious security risk when the drivers and pedestrians pass the crosswalk.
In order to protect the safety of the drivers and pedestrians, in November 2019, we specially installed a non-light-controlled area intelligent pedestrian system at the section of crosswalk area.
As of today, the intelligent pedestrian system has installed for 8 months. During these a few months, the crosswalk area has undergone a qualitative change from danger to safety, from darkness to beauty, from disorder to civilization!

- Form round mounting holes with professional slotting tool at a time, injected with glue, installed with road stud, and solidified in one hour. It takes only 6 hours to install 24pcs solar type road studs , and only 10 hours for cable type.
- Split structure, only need to replace the main part of the road stud during maintenance. There is a professional repair aperture on the main body surface, and with related tools could quickly replace damaged parts, convenient maintenance and extremely low cost.

- The warning accessories in the system adopt direct light facing the driver’s and pedestrian’s perspective, without light pollution.

- The floor tile lamp is large, the rolling rate of vehicle is high, and the lamp is cocked after the screw is loose. High intensity noise will be generated if the vehicle continues to roll.
- The floor tile lamp has large luminous area and is easy to generate light pollution.

- The daytime visible embedded road studs are made of special innovative aluminum material, with a groove structure design on the top, which is pressure-resistant and bears more than 30 tons.
- The main body of the daytime visible road studis filled with glue, and the professional glue is used for sealing treatment again during installation, and the protection grade reaches IP68.
- Main body of day&night mode luminous traffic sign is made of double-layer aluminum-plastic plate and the four sides are sealed with aluminum frame. The sign durable, and the protection level can reach IP65.

Daytime visible light design and warns both driver and pedestrian
After the system is activated, the daytime visible road stud beads and day&night mode luminous traffic sign direct the driver’s perspective to warn the driver that there are or will be pedestrians passing the crosswalk, please slow down and give way.
The road stud light board directs pedestrian perspective and warns the pedestrian that you are or will pass the crosswalk,please be careful. Driver-pedestrian warning at the same time to effectively ensure the safety of pedestrian crossing.
Road stud and luminous traffic sign adopt daytime visible light design. In the dark environment, the driver’s visual distance can reach 500m, and it can be clearly seen in the daytime.
Traditional floor tile lamp type intelligent pedestrian system: Unable to effectively warn drivers, there are serious safety risks.
The driver’s normal driving height is 1.2m. The light of floor tile lamp is straight upward, and the driver’s visual distance is only 30m in dark environment, which can’t be seen in daytime.
