Problem

During road construction or temporary events, various traffic problems often arise, such as increased vehicle flow, changes in driving routes, and road closures. These factors can lead to traffic congestion, slow driving, and safety hazards for pedestrians, potentially resulting in traffic accidents in severe cases.

Solution

MTL-001 Portable Traffic Light offers an effortless solution for managing traffic, designed to enhance safety and comply with Australian standards. This lightweight, compact unit features an extended battery life, providing improved safety for traffic controllers over traditional Stop/Go signs. Easy to transport and quick to set up, it requires only a single operator for efficient operation.

In shuttle mode, the main units operate in dual asynchronous mode, with one remote control paired to both units. The green light button on the left side of the remote controls PT1, while the green light button on the right side controls PT2 independently.

In gating mode, the main unit operates in a standalone mode, with each remote control corresponding to a single main unit. Operators use the remote to change the signal light status, ensuring orderly vehicle passage. This improves safety at construction zones, temporary traffic control points, or intersections, protecting both drivers and traffic management personnel.

In a plant crossing setup, the main units operate in dual synchronized mode, with one remote control paired to both units. Pressing either of the green light buttons on the remote will switch both units simultaneously to green. Pressing the red light button will transition both units to yellow for 5 seconds before switching to red.

The distance from HRC and lantern head over 400m,guarantee the safety of operators. Instead of traditional handle stop/go paddle.

-The HRC supports single, dual synchronized, and asynchronous modes, enabling control of one or multiple traffic lights simultaneously. With easy red, yellow, and green light switching and optional delay features, it ensures portable, reliable, and safe operation in complex traffic settings.
